The Crisp Cable scarf is the Mystery Knit Scarf 2023.
Do you want to try knitting a scarf that is 8 sections, full of continuous cables? This scarf does not have 8 different square sections, each section is worked off the previous one and then cables flow through the whole scarf. It is addicting once you get started to figure out where the next cable will be!
This scarf has 8 different sections. Each section is knit off the first. At the end, you will have a 64” (162.5 cm) long scarf, AND the scarf will be a seamless knit!
This scarf was designed with Knit Picks Swish worsted weight yarn. However, any worsted or aran weight yarn will work.
Gauge: 18 stitches x 26 rows = 4″ x 4″ (10 cm x 10 cm) in stockinette stitch
Needles: 5 mm (8 US) or size required to meet gauge
Each section will use approximately 80 yards for a total of 640 yards. I would recommend using one colour for this scarf.
