Sometimes Monday mornings can be a little difficult after a week-end… Back to the week day grind. How about joining the Mystery Knit Cable Scarf and get a new clue for you to knit every Monday morning for 16 weeks? At the end of 16 weeks, you will have a beautiful unique cable scarf!
This scarf has 16 different cable sections. Each section is knit off the first. Each section will be 4” (10 cm) x 8” (20.5 cm). At the end, you will have a 64” (162.5 cm) long scarf, AND the scarf will be a seamless knit!
This is a ONE time purchase. Each clue will be automatically downloaded into your Ravelry library if you purchase on Ravelry. If you purchase on my website, you will receive in email to download each new clue. If you purchase on Etsy, I will email you each new clue.
Yarn: This scarf was designed with Knit Picks Swish worsted weight yarn. However, any worsted or aran weight yarn will work. Or you can use up some of your left over yarn.
Yardage: Each section will use approximately 40 yards for a total of 640 yards. This scarf can be knit with multiple colours.
Gauge: 18 stitches x 26 rows = 4″ (10 cm) x 4″ (10 cm) in stockinette stitch
Needles: 2 x 5 mm (8 US) needles or small circular needles
Clues: There will be 16 unique clues for this MKAL scarf. They will be released on the following days:
