Little Miss Abigail’s Sweater Knitting Pattern is the child’s version of this sweater. I will be launching an adult version later.
This sweater is knit raglan style, top down and is completely seamless! This sweater can be knit with short sleeves or long sleeves.
Wear this sweater by itself, or have fun layering it!
This sweater comes in 9 sizes. The pattern has a built in 3” positive ease.
Chest sizes are as following:
3 mths: 19” (45.5 cm)
6 mths: 20” (48.5 cm)
12 mths: 21” (51 cm)
2T: 23” (56 cm)
4 yrs: 26” (63.5 cm)
6 yrs: 28” (71 cm)
8 yrs: 30” (76 cm)
10 yrs: 31” (79 cm)
12 yrs: 32” (81 cm)
This sweater was designed with Red Heart Soft yarn.
Yardage required: 250 (300, 350, 400, 450) 500, 550, 600, 650) yards
Needles: 5 mm (8 US) circular needles or size required to meet gauge
4 x 5 mm (8 US0 dpns
Other needs:
Tapestry needle to weave in ends
Tape measure or ruler
4 markers in one colour (for sleeves)
2 markers in different colour (for moss stitch)
1 round marker
This sweater is knit on circular needles. You may need the small and a little larger size.
